MY GYM WEEK




I'm not a big gym speaker and I prefer getting in there, weight-breaking and out. When I say I like to have a quick inter-group conversation when someone wants to discuss a training and feeding routine, I firmly believe that you cannot learn anything if you are not willing to listen, even if you do not believe or agree with everything Someone says Take different parts And find something that works for you.

Sometimes while having a quick conversation I get asked and ask what is your routine, what you eat and when etc ...

One of the enormous misconceptions in bodybuilding is that you have no mind and that you just break down weight, take roids and go big ... wrong! Not only does bodybuilding involve serious training but a host of different things from when to take supplements, training techniques, eating right, when to eat and much more.

So when someone asks me what I eat, what I eat, etc ... I find it difficult to give them a quick and simple answer because there is so much I do in a day and a week that I will have to spend 2-3 hours explaining everything and why ... Yes, there is a reason!

Below, I'll be spotting a general week for me in everything from supplementation, training, nutrition, and more. I am not saying that everyone should do this or it is the best thing for you or that I ask people to say it or criticize it, just read and take what you want and leave the rest ... I just hope this helps some people and gives them insight into what took me.

Well let's get started.

A normal day for me ...

6:30 am
I woke up

7:30 am
Breakfast - This usually includes a bowl of cereal which is now Uncle Tobys Plus Fiber, and a decent amount with some low-fat milk and a roadside banana.

8:00
I pack my gym bag for the day that includes pre-workout, post-workout and in-the-moment L-Carnitine.
A gym bag always has a towel, shorts, a weight belt, a loop and a tail, etc.

09:00
Getting to work and getting prepping that includes putting my breakfast and lunch in the fridge and supplementing with the BCAA on the desk, plus my Hydro Test with D-Aspartic Acid.

9:30 AM
I'll be taking my morning supplements which include the following:
2x garlic + C radish tablets
2x Glucosamine 1000mg + MSM
1x Sports Multi PLus Antioxidant
1 x 2 liter bottle of BCAAs (xtend 3-4 scoops) (I'll sip this all day)

10:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
My first meal of the day (lunch) which will be Chicken Coops with a cup of Shams rice, either brown or white, depending on how I feel.

12:30 pm
Pre-Workout - Currently I take 2.5 tablespoons of Wired Wild Berry Flavor along with 1/2 teaspoon of L-Leucine and L-Carnitine tablet 500mg.
Then GYM TIME !!! Yes, my friend ...

12:30 PM - 1:30 PM
Get a massive body workout session to train one body part every time (workout schedule below)
During a workout, I'm likely drinking water and not touching my branched amino acids (BCAAs) although I would get a small amount of BCAAs with some wax maze (thanks Dax - ASN Erina) for a huge pump!

1:30 PM
Literally once I finish my last rep, I'll have a post workout which is currently 2.5 scoops of Evolve Anabolic Injections with 1/2 teaspoon or L-Leucine and 1/2 teaspoon L-Glutamine for added recovery.

1:45 PM - 2:00 PM
I'll have lunch and sometimes have another meal from Coops Chicken Creation and have it or I'll have a clean hamburger from Quattro Cafe downstairs from my business with a small amount of chips (Wayne ties me)

2:30 - 3:00 pm
I'll get 3x triple strength fish oil with BCAAs. I read an article a while ago where research showed that taking fish oil with BCAAs helped protein synthesis.

5:00 pm
Back home, I'll have a protein shake containing WPI + 1 / 2tsp L-Leucine + 1 / 2tsp L-Glutamine and one scoop of wax maze. I wasn't used to getting this vibration, but while driving home I found I'm really hungry so I decided to add this one.

6:30 - 7:00 pm
Dinner time ... beautiful girls will cook me wonderful nourishment! I love my darling work. It is either with vegetables or maybe some chicken noodles or pork and vegetables.

8:30 pm
Chamomile tea with maybe a biscuit if you feel like something sweet.

10:00 PM
About 30 minutes before bed, I'm going to have a night shake and it's currently International Protein - Synergy 5 Protein Chuck Banana ... the bomb haha
Depending on how painful or tired I feel or lack thereof, etc ... I will be recently (2 months) taking GHBLAST realistically I will have it maybe once every two weeks.

10:30 pm
Sleep ...

The next day ... I wake up and do everything again!

So you see, there is a huge amount of participation in my daily operations, I guess so anyway. It's very rare for me to get away from this routine unless something unexpected happens but I always have my BCAAs in there in the form of backup and vibration.

Also if I don't do the workout in the middle of the day, it's usually at 6:30 p.m. In that case, I just switch things up and eat dinner a little
